A couple days ago I registered to Quora. I submitted my information under the name Short Lauren. Below is the message interaction I had over this matter:

That was fiery. I’m not familiar with Quora, but entirely turned-off to them now due to their lack of professionalism. Is this a professional, LinkedIn sort of site? They ought to take their own advice then.

Short Lauren- I LOVE that you did not back down to Quora and kept your name. Although they are not happy with you at the moment they will for sure remember you out of the thousands of people on their website. You are getting your name out there and causing a “buzz” even if it is controversial I think its a good kind of “buzz.” Don’t back down 🙂
